Passive income is the ultimate way to set up earnings without having to continually work for them. A seminar discussing passive income is the Rich Dad Academy, which is an extension of the brand created by Robert Kiyosaki, author of “Rich Dad, Poor Dad”.

The free seminar focues on Kiyosaki’s philosophy of generating passive income by making investments, building up the investments and finally letting the passive income support you. The key is to search for and purchase investments that will generate ongoing income for you to reinvest into the process to earn the most passive income possible.

While this is a great idea and certainly a workable one, no actual specifics are offered at the seminar. The seminar is actually a lead in to take the related real estate investment course, which is offered online at $995 and at the seminar for the reduced fee of $495. Again, there are not a great deal of specifics about what investments to make and how to create ongoing passive income. Specific passive income ideas would be expected after attending such a seminar or course.

Although Kiyosaki can give you hope and inspiration with his Rich Dad Academy, the bottom line is need to find another resource to discover smart passive incomes opportunities. Passive income opportunities are everyone, from real estate to online to creative opportunities. By choosing the opportunity you are most familiar with, you have the greatest chance of establishing a business that generates ongoing passive income.
