We have discussed several ways to earn passive income on this blog so far. Creating passive income is the ideal way to build a nest egg without having to work at it everyday. After you set up a lucrative situation, you collect money from your original efforts.

Are you computer savvy? Do you have a great sense of organization? If so, you may be able to make a stream of passive income by creating your own software or system. Consider Stephen Covey, who shares his secrets of organization and prioritization and is now proprietor of FranklinCovey. Covey’s company packages the methods he developed and sells classes, equipment and tools for people to achieve similar results.

If you have a unique way of processing, a form or software that you use to simplify tasks, you may have a marketable form of creating passive income. Carefully document the process you follow and find a developer who can help you package your system as a CD, info product, e-course or teleclass.

Perhaps creating software is not your thing but you can certainly resell products developed by other people. By reselling services, you can make a commission when customers use merchant accounts, newsletter broadcasting services, hosting and domain name vendors.

Whether you decide to create your own products or resell the services of someone else, these are simple ways to create passive income. By slowly acquiring passive income, you can save money and attain the financial freedom you always dreamed of.
